Nowadays when people hear the term “prepper” they typically think of a redneck gun nut with rebel flags hanging everywhere in their house and a big ass truck with a Trump 2020 sticker on it. Happy New Year’s day! I spent last night watching the ball drop in Times Square from the warm comfort of my home with my younger two children, Ethan and Mady. We’ve been staying up to watch the ball drop for a few years now and it reminds me of when my mother and I would stay up on New Year’s Eve (my father, like my wife, would always fall asleep hours before midnight).
